How much are tickets?
Auto Show pricing is just $20 per person and includes access to the Houston Boat Show – two events in one ticket price! Children under 5 years old are free!
Do you offer discount coupons?
Visit your local dealership for a chance to receive free tickets or buy early and save $5 when you buy online before January 25th.
Do you accept credit cards on-site?
Yes, we do accept credit cards.
Can I get a refund?
No. Tickets are non-refundable.
How much is parking?
NRG Park charges $20.00 for parking. No cash, only credit cards are accepted.
Is there a Metro stop close by?
Yes. METRO Rail guests should exit the rail and enter gate 2 on NRG Park off Fannin. See http://www.ridemetro.org for route information.
Is there a taxi service?

Is there ADA parking?
Parking spaces and areas for guests with disabilities are available and located throughout NRG Park on a first-come, first-served basis. Disabled parking consists of two types, van and single-spaced. Curb ramps are featured at the entrance levels. Parking lots surrounding the facilities also have spaces available which are located in areas nearest to the buildings. All disabled guest parking is clearly marked with signage.
Do you rent wheelchairs or electric scooters?
Yes. NRG Park rents wheelchairs and scooters from the First Aid station located in Lobby C.
The rental breakdown fee is as follows:
1 hour for $10; 2 hours for $16; 3 hours for $20; 4 hours for $24 or all day for $35.
1 hour for $20; 2 hours for $32; 3 hours for $40; 4 hours for $48 or all day for $70.

Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes. Please report any lost items at the Guest Services booth located at Hall C Lobby of NRG Center or the Houston Auto Show office. Guests must call before coming to NRG Park to pick up any lost items to verify that the item has actually been turned in. To request information on a lost item, please call 832.667.1714.
What day is the best day to come to beat the crowds?
Wednesday and Thursday are the best days to avoid large crowds and still enjoy all the Auto Show has to offer.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, you can leave and come back on the same day, just make sure you receive a wristband upon exit that is valid only for same day re-entry.
Are cameras and videos allowed?
Yes. However, tripods are not allowed. Any major video equipment must be approved at the Show Office. News media is required to register under press credentials or visit the Show Office for a media pass.
Are pets allowed in the show?
No, we do not allow pets.
Can you purchase cars at the show?
No, you cannot purchase cars at the show, but you can purchase items from vendors, sit in, and ask lots of questions without feeling pressured. With so many new cars all under one roof, it’s easy to compare prices and features, saving both time and money. Can you purchase accessories at the show?
Yes. There will be a variety of products for sale.
Can I bring my own food and beverages into the Convention Center?
No. All food and beverages must be purchased at NRG Park Food and Beverage locations. There are plenty of food options provided by Aramark and food trucks serving delectable bites Friday to Sunday.
Is there a Starbucks?
No, Starbucks is no longer located inside NRG Center. Katz Koffee has replaced their location and will offer coffee and deli style food options.
Is there First Aid?
Yes, in the Hall C Lobby.
Is there a dress code?
All guests entering the Houston Auto Show must be appropriately dressed, including shirt and shoes. Guests wearing obscene, offensive or indecent clothing will not be permitted to enter. NRG Park reserves the right to determine what clothing is obscene, offensive or indecent without any liability. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes!
Can you bring strollers?
Yes, strollers are allowed and encouraged. There is a lot of walking at the Houston Auto Show, plus, what better way to see if the stroller fits in the back of that sedan or SUV you’re eyeing!
