HOUSTON (September 22, 2022) – The Houston Automobile Dealers Association (HADA) announced Evolve Houston (Evolve) as the Presenting Sponsor of the Houston Auto Show for the duration of three years.
The automotive industry is quickly going electric, making Evolve a fitting sponsor of the Houston Auto Show. Evolve is a nonprofit organization that focuses on advancing electric mobility across the Greater Houston region. Starting in 2020 in collaboration with HADA, Evolve featured an annual EV showroom at the Houston Auto Show that focused on EV education and showcasing electric cars from a variety of manufacturers.
“After nearly a decade with the Houston Chronicle as the presenting sponsor, it is exciting to have another great partnership development for the Houston Auto Show,” said Wyatt Wainwright, president of HADA. “The Houston Chronicle will still be heavily involved as a media sponsor and bringing Evolve onboard will expand the auto show experience. With this sponsorship, the Houston Auto Show will now feature a larger EV showroom and a robust, all-electric ride & drive experience to highlight how fun, tech-advanced, and different, driving electric can be.

The 40th annual Houston Auto Show, held at NRG Center in conjunction with the Houston Boat Show, is January 25-29, 2023. Attendees to the Houston Auto & Boat Show can experience the latest vehicles, boats, and outdoor activities for just one ticket, which go on sale November 25 for $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
